MY MISSION
To ensure physical ability is never the reason our players fall short. I aim to improve acceleration and deceleration qualities while also minimising risk of injury with the players I work with. Every session and interaction with my clients is held to the highest professional standards.

Group Speed & Agility Sessions
This option is best for players who thrive in a high energy team based environment and are motivated by competition. Group speed & agility sessions are high energy, fun and include a variety of dynamic drills, games and exercises that involve working together and or competing against each other as a team.
2:1 Strength & Conditioning
This is a great option for players who enjoy training in a focused environment while still benefiting from friendly competition. Our 2:1 sessions blend individualised programming with the drive of training alongside a teammate pushing players to be their best.
“I started working with the Progressive Athlete towards the middle to the end of the 2021/2022 season in the national league. I wanted to get quicker and stronger over 5-10 yards. He assessed me and immediately got to work. We started off with two sessions a week and dialed it back based on my loading/demand of my team-based training sessions. Everything was specific to explosive movement and intent when powering through on my take off. Focusing on the obscure details and improving my fundamental movements when sprinting and pivoting helped me gain the extra step I needed when challenging for a ball or gaining an advantage while dribbling.”

“Braidon’s club run sessions in Term 2 and 3 had a huge positive impact on my sons performance. He loved the sessions and was always highly engaged. The training focused on building strength, speed, agility, and movement quality in a way that was age appropriate and football specific. We saw clear improvements in his physical strength, balance, confidence, and overall athleticism. These gains translated directly onto the football field, with better movement and improved match readiness. Overall, the work Braidon has done has significantly supported both his on field performance and long term physical development.”
